Your event, live — without the stress

Whether it’s a product launch, a sports fixture, a graduation or a three-day conference, we take your event online and get it in front of the people who couldn’t be in the room — across New Zealand or around the world.

We handle the technical complexity end to end: planning, cameras, audio, graphics, encoding, connectivity and delivery. You focus on your event and your audience.

What’s included

Stream design

We plan camera positions, graphics, players and the viewer journey around your event, audience and budget.

Multi-camera production

Manned and robotic cameras, live switching, replay and graphics — the same kit and workflows we use for sport and broadcast.

Audio visual

PA, wireless microphones, IMAG screens and lighting that work for the room and the stream at the same time.

Remote production

Cut the show from our studio with REMI workflows, keeping only the essential crew on site.

Monetise & paywall

Sell tickets to your stream with pay-per-view, bundles or memberships on our own platform.

Branding & graphics

Custom lower thirds, overlays, sponsor loops and scoring so every frame looks like your brand.

Interactive events

Live Q&A, polling and remote guests so online viewers take part, not just watch.

Recordings & deliverables

Programme and ISO recordings, highlights and replays delivered after the event.

How we run a live stream

Before the day. We start with a short call to understand the event, audience and where the stream needs to go. For bigger jobs we visit the venue, check power, internet and camera positions, and produce a run sheet so everyone knows the plan.

On the day. Our crew arrives early, builds and tests every link, and runs a full rehearsal. During the event we monitor the stream from encoder to viewer, with backup connectivity ready to take over if the venue internet drops.

After the event. You get recordings, replays and viewing numbers. If the stream was ticketed, sales and access are handled for you.

Where your stream can go

We deliver to YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, LinkedIn and Twitch, to private or password-protected players, to broadcasters as a clean contribution feed, or to our own white-label OTT platform when you want your own brand, your own audience data and a paywall.

Built for New Zealand venues

Not every venue has perfect internet. We bring our own bonded cellular, Starlink and fibre connectivity, so a field, a marae, a speedway or a hotel ballroom can all go live reliably.

Recent live streaming work

We’ve streamed press conferences for DAZN x Duco Boxing, the All Blacks Rugby World Cup squad naming for TVNZ, Stan Walker’s album launch with Sony Music NZ and Whakaata Māori, multi-venue Toi Ohomai graduations, and the BookkeepCon and Farmax hybrid conferences.

Live Streaming & Broadcast FAQs

It depends on the number of cameras and crew, how long the event runs, the connectivity needed and where the stream is delivered. Tell us about your event and we’ll come back with a clear quote and options to suit your budget.

Ideally a wired connection, but you don’t need one. We bring bonded 4G/5G and Starlink, and can use venue fibre as a primary or backup path. We’ll check the venue before the day.

Yes. We regularly simulcast to YouTube, Facebook and a private or ticketed player at the same time.

Yes. We record the programme feed and can also provide individual camera (ISO) recordings and edited highlights.

Absolutely. We often take audio and presentation feeds from in-house AV, add our cameras and streaming system, and look after everything online.

Two to four weeks is ideal for most events, and longer for multi-day or multi-venue jobs. We can often help at short notice — just call.
