What a hybrid event with us looks like
For the ICNZB annual conference we ran full AV and a multi-camera stream in the main room, a second PA and stream in the breakout room, Zoom integration for remote speakers, interactive Q&A and recordings of every session. For the IEEE conference we supported 13 rooms with a mix of remote and in-person presenters.

What is a hybrid event?
An event with an in-person audience and an online audience at the same time. Remote attendees can watch, ask questions and vote, and remote speakers can present to the room.
Can remote speakers present to the room?
Yes. We connect remote presenters through Zoom or similar, rehearse with them beforehand and put them on the big screen and the stream.
Can you run AGM voting?
Yes. We design and run polling and voting systems so in-room and online members can vote on resolutions quickly.
Do you record the sessions?
Yes. We record every session and supply the files after the event so attendees can catch up.
