Getting the signal out, reliably
A live stream is only as good as the link that carries it. We encode and transmit live video from venues all over New Zealand, combining bonded cellular, fibre, Starlink and wireless links so there’s always a path out — and a backup.
We supply contribution feeds to broadcasters and platforms, and carry camera feeds back to our studio for remote production.
What’s included
Bonded cellular
LiveU and bonded 4G/5G combine several networks into one resilient uplink.
SRT contribution
Secure, low-latency video over the public internet to studios, broadcasters and platforms.
Starlink & satellite
High-speed backhaul where there is no fibre or mobile coverage.
Point-to-point wireless
60 GHz and point-to-multipoint links to carry feeds across large sites.
Broadcaster feeds
Clean programme feeds delivered to broadcasters and rights holders.
Redundancy & monitoring
Failover paths and end-to-end monitoring from encoder to viewer.
Contribution for broadcasters
We’ve delivered feeds that were rebroadcast nationally and internationally — including the All Blacks squad naming press pool for TVNZ, Stan Walker’s album launch on Māori+, and press conferences carried by DAZN.
Real numbers from the field
For Stan Walker’s launch we streamed full HD at 15 Mbps over SRT from a 5G-tethered encoder. At the Fisher concert we combined Starlink with gigabit backhaul and 60 GHz links across a 36,000 m² site.
Protocols and kit
SRT, RTMP/RTMPS and NDI, with LiveU and Kiloview encoders, cellular bonding and Starlink. We test every path before the day and keep a backup ready to take over.

Ideal for
- Broadcasters needing a remote feed
- Venues without reliable internet
- Outdoor and rural events
- Remote production
- News and press conferences
Encoding & Transmission FAQs
What is bonded cellular?
Bonding combines several mobile connections (and sometimes Starlink or fibre) into one stronger, more reliable uplink, so a single network dropping out doesn’t stop the stream.
What is SRT?
SRT (Secure Reliable Transport) is a protocol for sending live video over unpredictable internet connections with low latency and encryption. It’s the standard for remote contribution.
Can you send a feed to our broadcaster?
Yes. We deliver clean or graphics-ready programme feeds by SRT, RTMP or other agreed hand-off, and coordinate testing with the broadcaster.
