ICNZB Annual Conference — Hybrid Event

Delivering a seamless hybrid experience

The ICNZB conference brings together in-person attendees and remote participants from around the country. Our job was to make sure everyone had a smooth, engaging experience, whether they were in the room or online.

We set up and ran:

• Full AV and live streaming — a professional PA, wireless microphones and a multi-camera stream.
• Breakout room support with its own PA and live stream.
• Stage and projection coordination so both rooms had visuals and sound.

Supporting speakers and remote attendees

• Zoom integration so remote speakers presented seamlessly to the live audience.
• Interactive Q&A via Zoom chat for remote participants.
• On-site technical support for speakers and exhibitors.
